Senior Services
Bridges II of Sarnia is
proud to offer a wide base of services to families in need of home care for
seniors and
health related services and resources. We will
recruit personal care attendants
for private in-home elderly care or even to supplement private care in a long term care
facility. We are available to manage the personal care plan for any family
member in need of assistance. If you are the family caregiver and have not been
able to get away for a vacation, now you can.
A family member's need for
assistance can vary from a couple hours a day, two or three times a week to
full
time rotating live-in care. Whatever the need, we will meet with you and
coordinate the home care and services necessary. We can help you through transitions
of care. Bridges II of Sarnia provides the personalized support and
home care services
required for both elderly family members and the family caregiver.

Our Standards of Service
Personal and safe care
and service is a high priority of Bridges II of Sarnia. All
contracted attendants,
whether a companion, PA, PSW, DSW, RPN
or RN will be expected to adhere to the following Standards
